Shouldn't have to place an online order to get the staff to actually look in the back for said item. Website said that there were several items in stock. Asked a staff member if they could get one for me. Was told that if it wasn't on the shelf that they didn't have it, even though I explained that the website shows they were in stock. Told again that if it isn't on the shelf they don't have it. I went to my car, place an order online, grabbed lunch and in 30 minutes received a notification that my order was ready. Sure enough the item was somehow found when I ordered online...
Worst experience, have to wait at least 1hr before knowing the phone is out of stock. Better buy online.
It’s an okay store but not my favorite.
There’s this guy by the dishwashers, fridge and stoves that keeps looking at natives and not even talking to them or even helping them.
I saw a worker talking to a native guy in a negative tone or didn’t want to help him. I just glanced at the worker. Terrible not only to native people but just plain rude that one worker. Avoid some rude workers and just walk away and look for a better worker who’s better at doing their job.
I highly recommend Best Buy as the staff is amazing. I was assisted by the amazing Ashley, who was awesome. She had all the information I needed to help order appliances and also get financing. Nick entered my order and was awesome to deal with too. Very happy with their exceptional service.
Had a wonderful experience with Kushal who went over and above to answer all my questions and give me the best product for mobility phone service. He was amazing in troubleshooting a small problem after. You are lucky to have such an engaging and experienced person working for you! Thanks, Kushal!
Horrible delivery service. I had a treadmill delivered and we met with nothing short of complaining, swearing and was even asked to pick to the box when I corrected the weight of the item. Instead of picking up the box ( there were 3 workers ), they dragged it across my flooring, scratching it. When I pointed it out I was informed that I signed a waiver. The worker with the long hair was unprofessional and I was glad to see him leave. Avoid getting items delivered if possiible!!
Completely ridiculous that you can’t call the store directly. We ordered an expensive camera and we asked it to be sent to the store for pickup NOT delivery to our address. But on the receipt it says they selected delivery. We can’t even call the specific store to get it resolved.
Signed up for new phones in June and received a $300 gift card from Bestbuy. Placed an order the next day which included the phone cases and a couple preorder movies. Fast forward to September I receive an email saying that there was insufficient funds from my bank and my last item was being held. No proof of purchase from Bestbuy because the card was free and they want me to jump through hoops to be told sorry over and over again. This is the second time this has happened to me and only from Bestbuy. Horrible, horrible to deal with. I finally just hung up on them. Would give a lower score if it was possible.
So update as you can see below the typical computer generated response I received. They want me to basically do the same thing that I just explained that I already did on two occasions. I messaged, called, and visited the store. The contact page they want to send me to is all that except visiting the store. Send me a message to pacify the customer into making others believe you are actually doing something. Thank you for nothing Bestbuy.
Very rude, treated as if i was poor and would not buy anything there. As soon as I walked into the headphones sections and was never greeted, they proceeded to walk away and not talk to me until I approached them. And even then, would never speak directly to me. I advise buying online and not dealing with that poor sales staff there.
